RevPAR vs. Budget: The Report That Shouldn't Wait Until Monday Morning

Tracking RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy against budget is the most fundamental reporting task in hotel revenue management — and the one most consistently delayed, manually assembled, and distributed to the wrong people. Budget variance reporting needs to be live, property-specific, and visible at the right level of detail: not just total RevPAR vs.

budget, but ADR variance by segment, occupancy variance by channel, and revenue variance by outlet. When variance is understood at that granularity, the corrective action is obvious.

When it's reported as a single headline number, the corrective action is a conversation no one is prepared for.
